![]() Implementation is carried out in journal 1 independently, while in journal 2 independently and collaboratively. ![]() The results of the assessment in 2 journals there are differences in the frequency of diarrhea where journal 1 defecate 5 time/ day while journal 2 defecate 4 time/ day. ![]() The research sample consisted of 2 literatures from SINTA and dimension. This research method uses a review literature study. The purpose of this literature study is to analyze whether there are similarities and differences between practice and theory in providing nursing care with hypovolemia in children with diarrhea. ![]() If not handled quickly and appropriately, it will cause complications, namely dehydration, hypovolemic shock, organ damage and even coma. Patients with diarrhea will experience an increase in the frequency of bowel movements, which causes loss of fluid and excess electrolytes so that the patient becomes dehydrated and results in hypovolemia. Diarrhea is a contagious disease that is a major public health problem in Indonesia, especially in children, because the morbidity rate is still high which has the potential to cause death. ![]()
